Scheduling a Consultation

When you schedule a consultation with our office, you get an actual discussion. An attorney will meet with you, carefully review the facts of your case, spend the time to listen to your legal problems and needs, and offer smart solutions. We also believe in educating our clients. That means we are always comfortable explaining why we make specific recommendations, and how they fit into the law and your facts. Our consultations typically take one to two hours.

So, we do charge for consultations. The cost of most consultations ranges from $150-$500 dollars, depending on the case. Our consultations typically range from one to two hours and also include the time we spend reviewing the materials and intake you provide before the meeting. We credit the cost of the consultation if you hire us within seven days of the consultation date. This method has worked well for us since the practice started in 2011. We believe it shows in the referrals we receive from past clients, retired judges, practicing attorneys, financial advisors, Certified Public Accountants, and many other people and professionals. We have even received referrals from attorneys we were on the other side of in past cases.

  • 5 star review  Sean helped me set up my will. He explained everything very clearly and made sure everything I wanted to establish was included, as well as offering good suggestions for provisions I was unsure of. It was a quick process and he was always available to answer questions, and still responds to my emails now. He is much more than a quick burn and churn lawyer who wants clients in and out as fast as possible; he wants to make sure his clients have security in their representative, and will specialize each case to the needs of the individual.
